At Ganzova, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your O2Flow purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return & Refund Conditions:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✅ A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team to initiate your request.

✅ Your order details must be verified. You can find your order number in:

• Your order confirmation email
• Your shipping confirmation email
• The packing slip included in your order

✅ The product must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged) and returned in its original packaging.

✅ All accessories originally included with your product must be returned.
